Your techniques TRULY helped me during some stressful moments over the last few weeks, and I am grateful for your coaching. My intentions were to go through your course and critique it for you... and I actually found myself going through the course instead and working the process. And not just one time, but twice. Since Labor day weekend my life's been crazy busy and hectic in a way that wasn't comfortable for me. When I started to feel anxious I grounded myself by asking "What has gone right over the last 7 days?"
